CANCELLATION: At least 48 hours notice required, so your spot can be offered to someone else. No refund will be given for short notice of cancellation.
During this session we will be looking at Manifesting through ThetaHealing. We will look at your successes, what you are grateful for and what you want to manifest for 2025.
Then finishing off with a sound healing to begin integrating the magic.
ThetaHealing® is a process of healing by meditation that creates physical, psychological, spiritual, and emotional healing using the Theta brainwave.

A Sound Bath full of healing vibrations from a range of singing bowls, chimes and rain stick. Such a beautiful way enhance your self-care.
The bowls frequencies have the ability to entrain the brain and entice it to slow down. This makes it ideal for those who find it hard to relax and also very helpful for experienced meditators who want to dive deeper. Clears blockages and activates Chakras, bringing a sense of grounding and harmony.
*You may like to bring a pillow for your head, highly recommend an extra blanket/sleeping bag or anything else that will make you comfy and warm.
Yoga mat, bolster and light blanket supplied.
