Join us for Owasso’s Annual Character Luncheon as we celebrate our community’s intentional focus on good character and support the Character Council’s annual $5,000 scholarship. This year’s keynote speaker is Sophie Preston—an executive advisor, leadership expert, and passionate advocate for intentional living.
In her keynote, “Flipping the Switch: The Hidden Impact of Intentional Moments,” Sophie shares powerful stories—including her experience providing respite foster care for a homeless teen—to illustrate how simple, purposeful choices can spark lasting impact. With deep insight and compassion, she challenges us to move from accidental to intentional living and identify one area where we can “flip the switch” toward greater purpose.
Sophie brings years of leadership experience, having served at the executive level in human capital and learning & development. A Master in Organizational Leadership and certified in tools like Myers-Briggs and GiANT Worldwide, she now equips leaders across industries to lead with clarity, courage, and compassion.
