2025 Lightwell Ministry Boot Camp

At this year's boot camp, there are two tracks to choose from: (selections are not needed prior to event)

Church Security Training (with Craig Cable)

• Work with Craig to analyze church security incidents presented through real-life security videos.
• Discuss what happened, explore alternative responses, and engage in hands-on training to apply what you've learned
• Level up your safety team training practices by adding realism, team buiolding, and trainig ground rules

HR Training (with Bob Brockman & Leslie DeMattia)

• Simplifying exempt salary requirements, minimum wage updates, and other key legal considerations
• Streamlining performance appraisals to align with your ministry's goals.
• Strengthening collaboration between HR and church boards, with a focus on board member roles, selection, and compliance risks.
• Tackling workplace investigations and new EEOC guidelines.

Cost per person: $20 plus tax (Lunch Included)
