Six Pound Farm is hosting a KWPN-NA Dutch Warmblood Horse Keuring at our Farm in Suffolk Virginia. Foals, Young Horses and Studbook Inspections for Riding Horse type Mares & Geldings. ALL Entries must be submitted via KWPN NA Office.
Limited Stabling, contact the Farm to reserve.
The event is open to public, and all are welcome! Please bring a chair, sunscreen and an umbrella for shade (or in case of some rain). This is a great educational opportunity for youth groups, or anyone looking to learn about KWPN Horses.

Every August/September the KWPN-NA organizes and holds its annual Keuring (Judging) tour throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Young and mature horses are evaluated by a judging committee led by a KWPN inspector. The jury looks at foals, yearlings and two-year-olds for premium grading, as well as horses three and older for acceptance into the breeding studbooks. There are also performance classes such as the IBOP (Under Saddle/Harness Performance Test), the DG Bar Cup for young Dressage horses and the Global Equine Sires Cup jumping competitions for young Jumpers and Hunters. In addition to the Riding type horses, Gelders and harness horses are also judged.
