High school and college students, save the date! This year's informational meeting will be on Tuesday, September 9th, 6:00pm, at the Sheriff's Office, in the second-floor training room. This meeting will discuss the ins and outs of the program and answer any questions you may have. Candidates under 18 years old are required to bring a parent/guardian. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be between 15 and 20 years of age (up to their 21st birthday).
2. Must be attending high school or college.
3. Must not have been probated for any reason.
4. Must not have been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony.
5. Must be in good physical and mental health.
6. Must have good moral character
7. Must not be using any drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or other controlled substances that would violate the law.
8. Maintain at least 2.5 GPA
9. Must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities set forth within the program.
10. Pass background investigation.
