The JCONCEPTS Winter Indoor Shootout & Invitational is unique in that it is really two events held at the same time.
The Winter Indoor Shootout is a 3 day trophy race which is open for everyone to enter. It features 9 hours of open practice on Friday, 4 rounds of qualifying on Saturday and extended mains on Sunday. Tire and traction compound selection in all classes for the Shootout is up to the individual racer.
The Invitational is a Reedy style race featuring 5 rounds of heads up racing in 2WD Mod Buggy and 5 rounds of heads up racing in 4WD Mod Buggy. Results of the best 4 finishes in each class are combined to crown a champion for the Invitational. Entry into the Invitational is by invitation only and it annually features competition among the best offroad racers in our area and beyond.
The Invitational will offer a minimum purse of $1000.
The Invitational is a control tire event using handout tires (one set each for Invitational 2WD and Invitational 4WD entry) and a spec sauce.

Racers in Independent classes may not have sponsorship or receive manufacturer/distributor discounts on tires, motors, chassis, batteries, or electronics.

4 to 10 pm - move in & registration

10 am - open practice
1 pm - controlled practice until 9
Saturday; Nov 22
7:30 - doors open
8:30 - racing starts (No morning practice)

7:30 - Doors open
8:30 - racing starts
Entry fees: $50 1st entry, $35 2nd entry, $25 3rd entry
