Join us Saturday, October 25th, for the return of the Issaquah Schools Foundation Monster Mash 5K! Hosted at Lake Sammamish State Park Boat Launch and the East Lake Sammamish Trail, this professionally chip-timed 5K route is perfect for taking in the colors and spirit of fall!
Set a new training goal for yourself, beat the weekend sugar rush, or simply embrace the festive season with friends outdoors while raising funds for local students. Proceeds from the Monster Mash 5K provide programs and resources for local students in the areas of Academic Support & Enrichment, Student Well-Being, Teacher Grants, Dedicated Fine Arts & Cultural Bridges.
Warm up lakeside before blasting off from the back row of the parking lot onto the fast, flat, paved East Lake Sammamish Trail. (See route preview) Phased start waves are offered to welcome participants at all activity levels, whether you are an elite runner looking to PR, a fully costumed speed walker, or somewhere in between. Free onsite parking is available near the Start/Finish line with a valid WA State Parks Discover Pass with overflow parking about .8 mile away that does not require a Discover Pass.
Festive dress is encouraged! Raffle prizes and placement awards will also be distributed after the race.
All registrations received by 10/12/25 include a 2025 technical race tee and medal.
