We are excited to welcome you to the 6th annual Intrepid Owners Rendezvous set to take place at the Ocean Reef Club, a private club community in Key Largo, Florida featuring championship golf, world-class marina, private airport, fine dining, and access to all the fantastic club amenities.
From cocktail receptions to dinners, dancing and everything else in between, those who have joined us in past years can attest to the wonderful times had together! This exclusive Intrepid Owners event promises an unforgetable experience of luxury, connection, and maritime adventure.
Join us aboard your Intrepid or stay in the Ocean Reef Club Resort - either way, we can't wait to see you.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and with limited slips available, we are expected to fill up quickly.

Thursday, July 18th: Let’s get the fun started with an afternoon arrival and registration and a welcome cocktail party, hors d'oeuvres, and entertainment beachside.
Friday, July 19th: In the morning stop by the Tarpon Room for a "Coffee & Connections" meet and greet with our sponsors where they will be showcasing their latest products/services. Pick up a complimentary grab-n-go lunch and join us at the Raft Up Party at Mosquito Bank. Let the party continue into the night as we celebrate in the Carysfort Ballroom with cocktails and dinner. Enjoy evening entertainment, raffles, and dancing.
Saturday, July 20th: Intrepid day of leisure to explore all the amenities Ocean Reef Club has to offer. Enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, spa amenities, and kayak/paddle board rentals. Let’s wrap up our weekend together at our masquerade themed farewell party with fantastic food and a big band entertainment as we reminisce about these wonderful adventures we’ve shared together.
Sunday, July 21st: Farewell! Your journey home begins.
Registration Fee:
Fully paid Eventbrite Registration is required for each person attending before slip or hotel reservation can be processed. Once your registration is processed you will receive an email with the group hotel reservation link.
Adults: $775.00
Children 5-12: $450.00
Under 5 years old: Complimentary
Reservation Fee includes access to activities listed on the event’s schedule plus one event shirt/hat per person and one Owners Bag per boat registration. Hotel and/or dockage is not included.
Booking Your Hotel:
A group block of discounted rooms have been secured at Ocean Reef Club. Please register for the rendezvous first, once registered a private link will be emailed to you to make your reservation. There is limited availability, so please don't delay in booking.
Reserving Your Slip:
Slips are very limited! Please FIRST complete your Eventbrite registration, your dock reservation will automatically be made for you.

Refund Policy:
