About this Event
This course is designed to provide an analysis regarding Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) classification, evidence, and outcomes, and how this approach relates to Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy. The course will guide clinicians in the analysis of movement dysfunction and therapeutic exercise based on repeated end range spinal movements, centralization, and direction of preference. The course will involve both lecture and laboratory sessions and will compare and contrast MDT and manual physical therapy schools of thought.
The course also includes patient demonstration, analysis and discussion. The principle format is lecture, discussion and live patient demonstrations.
