Welcome to the registration portal for the Motorcycle Ohio Instructor Prep Course at Apollo Career Center.
The course cost is $100.
You must attend all Zoom and in-person dates as listed.
Remote Distance Learning Sessions (you must have a PC or Laptop to attend)
- April 17, 2025 (7 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Zoom)
- April 24, 2025 (7 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Zoom)
- May 1, 2025 (7 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Zoom)
In-person Sessions
The below dates are for the in-person sessions scheduled at Apollo Career Center located at 3325 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45806.
- April 26, April 27
- May 3, May 4, 2025 (8 am to 5 pm)
- May 9, 2025 (5 pm to 10:30 pm)
- May 10 & 11, 2025 (8 am to 5 pm)
- May 16, 2025 (5 pm to 10:30 pm)
- May 17 & 18, 2025 (8 am to 5 pm)
- Week 5 (if needed)
- May 30, 2025 (5 pm to 10:30 pm)
- May 31 & June 1, 2025(8 am to 5 pm)
To be considered for any Motorcycle Ohio Instructor Prep Course you will be requested to submit the following:
- Agree to the Ohio Revised Code. .
- Have a valid motorcycle endorsement for at least 3 years.
- $100 non-refundable payment via credit card or electronic check after your BCI and driving record have been reviewed and approved.
If accepted into a prep class, and prior to graduation, riders must obtain a current CPR and First Aid certification from an approved list of providers. This information will be shared with students after they pay for their prep class.
If a potential candidate is unsure of they the meet a specific rule to instruct (BCI), MO can direct them to have them screened prior to completing an application.
