It's that time of year! I invite you to the 2025 Injured Police Officers Fund Classic Car and Emergency Vehicle Show. It will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, in Boulder City at Veterans Memorial Park on the grass, surrounded by trees.
The IPOF (IPOF.Vegas) was formed in 1982 to help reduce the financial burden of Police Officers and their families in the event of a line-of duty-injury or death by providing monetary assistance to these officers and their families.
This is one of our major fundraisers. The IPOF consists of 16 police agencies in Southern Nevada with participation from the California Highway Patrol.
Besides live music, raffles, and great food, you can meet Adrian Zmed from T J Hooker (played Romano)! Michael Braun, singer/guitarist, and Retired San Francisco Police Officer will excite you with some country and classic rock music, and with Danny Wilde formerly of Steppenwolf.
You will see the Batmobile, the Back to the Future Delorean, a Star Wars Speedster, and other specialty vehicles.
At this moment, there will be about 25 restored vintage police vehicles. In addition, all the local police agencies, including the National Park Rangers and the California Highway Patrol, will be there with their police vehicles.
We will have recruiting booths from the United States Air Force and United States Marines, US Army and US Navy plus their military police vehicles. A great chance to honor our military and our soldiers out of the country, fighting for world peace.
There will also be an expanded Code Three parade of in-service and restored police vehicles inside and outside the park.
At 10:30, our formal dedication ceremony will honor the fallen heroes, all active and retired First Responders, and our Military. A Police Department Color Guard will post the colors,
Expect 300 cars from classics, low riders, customs, hot rods, trucks, and specialty vehicles., NEW THIS year four trophies for Best Truck, Best Low Rider, Best Custom, and Best Hot Rod.
95 Trophies to be awarded for top picks, and the four two specialty awards, PLUS People's Choice, Best of Show, IPOF Award, and the Sheriff's Award.
If you bring an emergency vehicle, you register for free…yes, you are comped. Online registration opens on January 10th at IPOF.VEGAS or call me and I will register you.
