The South High Bulldog Pride Hall of Fame will welcome four new members at its 16th induction ceremonies on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, at the Common Roots Bierhall in South Glens Falls. A reception begins at 6 p.m. The induction ceremony starts at 7.Tickets are $40 each (cash or check only) and will be available in September at the school’s administrative offices on Merritt Road. This year’s inductees are:
• Tim Alden, Class of 1972, a respected attorney who served as Moreau Town Justice for 32 years — eight four-year terms — and remains active by providing pro-bono legal advice for the Moreau Community Center, the South High Marathon Dance and other community-based endeavors.
• Steve Borgos, Class of 1958, whose illustrious career started when he worked in the family business, Robinson’s Laundry, on Main Street. Borgos went on to a long career as a SUNY Adirondack professor, an elected official in Queensbury, an honored Glens Falls Rotary member and an advocate for Lyme disease research.
• Mark Fish, Class of 1983, a three-sport athlete who went on to a long career in education at Johnstown, South High and Greenwich. Fish served as Oliver W. Winch Middle School principal for 18 years, was an active community volunteer and still leads the South High Marathon Dance media team along with his wife and children.
• Tom Tracy served the South Glens Falls Fire Company in a variety of roles for more than 65 years, leading the effort to form a dive team and also starting the popular junior firefighters program. Mr. Tracy passed away in 2019 at the age of 83.
