The 17th Annual Junior All-State Band Festival will take place from Thursday to Saturday, January 16, 17, and 18, 2025, at the Indiana Music Education Association Professional Development Conference in Fort Wayne. The festival will culminate in a finale concert on Saturday, January 18, at the conference, under the direction of Dr. Shelley Jagow, Professor of Music at Wright State University School of Music, who will serve as the guest conductor for the 2025 IBA Junior All-State Band.
