Burns Night Supper: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Indulge in a decadent five-course meal, each dish thoughtfully paired with an exclusive Scotch whisky. Celebrate the legacy of Robert Burns with readings of his poetry, while exploring the rich history and flavor profiles behind every Scotch you sip.

Appetizer Course: Scottish-Inspired Texas-Style Bon Bons
A wee twist on a classic favorite—crispy bites filled with savory flavors, blending Scottish influence with a Texas flair.

First Course: Scottish Cock-a-Leekie SoupA warm and hearty soup crafted from tender chicken, creamy potatoes, and delicate leeks, offering a comforting introduction to the meal.

Second Course: Scottish Smoked Salmon Crostini with Herb CreamThinly sliced smoked salmon served atop a crisp crostini, finished with fresh herbs and a zesty cream drizzle for a light and flavorful treat.
