🎉 Thanksgiving 2025 Holiday Voucher Program 🦃 This Thanksgiving, we’re proud to support our veteran community with our second $50,000 holiday distribution of 2025—now expanded to include National Guard and Reservists with qualifying discharges. This program has been transitioned out of our Relief Fund, making it accessible to a broader group of veterans and their families.
What’s Included
✅ 1,250 food vouchers available — first come, first serve
✅ Each voucher is worth $40
✅ Redeemable at Saybrook & Geneva Giant Eagles
✅ Valid for food items only (no alcohol, tobacco, pet food, or non-food items)

🗓️ October 20–24, 2025
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
📍 Visit us at the VSC Office
⏳ Vouchers expire Friday, November 28, 2025 — Black Friday
👥 Who’s Eligible Each household may receive one voucher per veteran. Widows of veterans are also eligible.
To qualify, individuals must:
🔹 Be current Ashtabula County residents
🔹 Be validated in the VSC system with discharge showing Honorable or Under Honorable Conditions
🔹 Already verified or have a VSC-issued ID card? You’re good to go!
Accepted Discharge Documents
📄Active Duty & Reserves: DD Form 214 (Member 4 Copy preferred)
📄National Guard: NGB Form 22 or NGB Form 23
