We are giving away a 10x16x7 Windsor building and other great prizes. you must be present in person to win.We will have over 30 buildings for sale plus lawn furniture. Some of these are used units, some are display models, and some are brand new! Helmuth Builders is offering free delivery for up to 50 miles from Harrisonburg. They are also offering 120 days same as cash or rent to own for payment with a $500 deposit the day of the auction. (Rent To Own and Free Delivery Does Not Apply To Furniture)
Online bidding will be available beginning on December 2, 2024. The online bidding will transition to live and online bidding at 11:00 on Monday January 1st 2024 and the bidding for each lot will close when the auctioneer says sold. If you are registered to bid online there will be live video and audio in the app or on our website so you can follow along in real time.
