2025 Florida Healthy Start Health & Wellness Summit
Resiliency is a learnable and teachable skillset that helps individuals bounce back from adversity, communicate more effectively, and generally thrive in both their personal and professional lives. This fun, interactive, two-part training will provide participants with both an increased understanding of communication styles and skills as well as practical, tangible, and replicable strategies for building a resilient toolkit.

Instructor bio
Laura Holley is the Director of Training and Education for the Community Coalition Alliance and has nearly 20 years of experience working in the areas of Prevention and Mental Health in the nonprofit sector. Laura has a Masters in Counseling & Executive Leadership, over 17 certifications in evidence-based curricula, and became a United States Army Master Resilience Trainer during her time working in deployment cycle support with the Department of Defense. Laura spent a decade working with youth and families in the rural South Carolina lowcountry before relocating to Florida in 2013, where she now lives in Orlando with her husband and teenager daughter.
