Please join us for the 2nd Annual Healthy Aging Fair! Come share information about your services that helps older adults in Johnson and surrounding counties stay healthy, safe, and active. We are accepting registarations for vendor tables for this years Healthy Aging Fair.
What is the healthy again fair?
This fair provides community resources on healthy aging as well as free information and screenings for:
Cholesterol
Blood pressure
Diabetes
Behavioral health
Dental health
Weight loss
