Join thousands of costumed revelers as we make waves through downtown Baton Rouge with decorated floats, haunting beats, candy, and community cheer.Watch the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank truck lead the way like a true harvest parade, collecting nonperishable donations straight from the crowd. This event is free to attend and fun for all ages, with special zones:
