Other notes:
Handout Lugz Tires do not have to be ran during the event.
Midget spec tire is LUGZ Barz; SR10 is Open Tire after Oct 1st.
Any driver running in a Mod cash class cannot run 13.5 Expert cash class. Running both mod classes is OK.
Tech will be enforced throughout the event.
