We are excited to announce that Habitat for Humanity Rogue Valley has set a date for their next housing orientation. The orientation will be for an upcoming build in East Medford. At this orientation we will provide an overview of the Habitat program, 2025 qualification standards (including new expanded income guidelines), we will present many of the exciting details for this build, review and explain the application and have time for questions & answers.

Applications will be available beginning January 28, 2025 both in our office and online. The deadline to submit a completed application is February 28, 2025.
**This orientation is not required but HIGHLY recommended. For those unable to attend, a recording of the presentation will be available to watch online the day after.
