We are excited to announce that our 2025 Gumbo Ya-Ya at Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola will take place on April 19th from 4pm - 6pm. Amateur and professional cooking teams will compete for bragging rights for the best Gumbo in Pensacola. As part of the rules, the three-person teams have to make the gumbo from scratch. Judges will then have the very difficult job of deciding which teams will win various categories. Each gumbo will be judged on taste, smell, color, and consistency. Trophies will be awarded to the top three winners. Ticket details to be announced in the coming weeks.
