About this Event
In conjunction with our iconic Polar Plunge, Special Olympics NorCal will be hosting a 5K trail run to raise funds for Special Olympics and the free life changing sports, health, educational and athlete leaership programs offered to children and adults with intellectual disabilities for free.
This run includes uneven paths, rocks and stones as obstacles, water crossings and hills. The weather is unpredictable and may increase the difficulty of the run. Please know your limits and plan ahead before participating. Registration is $45.
For those who may find the Trail Run a challenge we have added a 1mile fun run/walk. Registration is $20.

Want to do more for Special Olympics? Sign up to also do the Polar Plunge! All registered participants who pay the 5K registration fee AND raise a minimum of $125 will receive a Polar Plunge t-shirt, lunch and other fun Plunge festivities. The Polar Plunge is not a swim.
