Pensacola Mardi Gras and Seville Quarter are teaming up with Mardi Gras krewes for a French Quarter Fat Tuesday Celebration on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, in downtown Pensacola.Organizers are planning a Big Easy-style Mardi Gras festival featuring a low country boil, food trucks, dancing, and partying throughout downtown.
The Priscus Celebration, a longtime Pensacola Mardi Gras tradition, kicks off at 11:00 a.m. with a Jazz Royalty Lunch offering a special Mardi Gras menu, Bloody Mary specials, and a low country boil. Mardi Gras krewes will take over every room inside the historic Seville Quarter, transforming it into the French Quarter for the day.

At 2:00 p.m., krewe royalty and elected officials will preside as Seville Quarter is officially transformed into the French Quarter. The coronation of the new King and Queen Priscus will take place around 7:00 p.m., with the season's finale commemorated at midnight.
At 5:00 p.m., the Mardi Gras krewes will come together for a celebration featuring live entertainment throughout the complex.
At 7:00 p.m., Danny Zimmern, President of Pensacola Mardi Gras, will present awards for the 2025 season. The awards will culminate with the coronation ceremony for the new King and Queen Priscus for 2026.
The night’s festivities will peak with a Mardi Gras drag show and dancing inside Phineas Phogg’s presented by Polkadot Entertainment, while other various entertainment will continue throughout the Seville Quarter complex.
