2025 Florida-Friendly Garden Fest Vendor Registration

This family garden event will be held at the Centennial Park Recreation Center, 1120 Centennial Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33953. 
The vendor fee is $45 for a 20x20 outdoor space or a 10x10 indoor space. Non-profits are welcome at no charge.  Each vendor must supply their own tables, chairs, and tent if needed.  Please note inside spaces are limited and on a first paid, first served basis.   

Policies:   

• This event will be held rain or shine.   

• If selling plants, please do not bring invasive species.  If you are unsure, check here UF/IFAS Assessment - University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences or contact our office if there is a question. 

• Be advised, we do not permit political or otherwise controversial vendors at our events.   
•  All vendors are expected to act in a professional manner. Event staff reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the event for any misconduct towards our employees, volunteers, other vendors, or customers. Fees are non-refundable.
