The community is invited to the Fan District Association 2025 Holiday House Tour 12-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13 and Sunday, Dec. 14. A much-loved Richmond tradition for 63 years, this annual event showcases the distinct architectural style of the historic Fan District, giving more than 1,000 tour goers from all over the country a personal and memorable experience of the neighborhood’s magnificent spirit in full holiday splendor.Tickets are available online now at www.fandistrict.org/holidayhousetour. Tickets are $45 pre-sale and $60 on the weekend of the event. Tickets are good for both days of the tour.
This year’s tour will feature 10 locations, including the newly renovated Fox Elementary. Ticketholders will also enjoy refreshments and entertainment in a fully-decorated Meadow Park. Transportation will also be provided through the neighborhood on motorized tuk tuks.

The annual Holiday House Tour raises funds to support the Fan District Association’s dedication to the preservation, restoration, and betterment of the community. Last year’s record-breaking attendance allowed the FDA to award $40,000 to support schools, neighborhood parks and streetscapes, and organizations that serve those in need in the Fan and the city of Richmond.
