Tailgating and fraternizing starts at NOON and official Town Hall business, including theme voting, starts at 2:34PM.
This event is BYOWhatever You Need To Be Comfortable. Bring a chair, a beverage to share, a way to collect your cigarette butts, and a way to carry it all home with you when you go. Please bring water and whatever else you need to stay safe. Hat and sunscreen are never a bad idea in Texas. And, as always, Leave No Trace!
If you have a theme camp or art project to showcase or recruit volunteers for, or just a fun thing to share, feel free to set up a booth, art piece, or activity corner.
We're always looking for volunteers to help setup and tear down structures. There will be an ADA porto-potty in the parking lot for those who cannot easily access the warehouse bathrooms or who do not wish to go inside.
