Our theme for this year's conference is Meet the Moment.
Rev. Charles Boyer from Salvation and Social Justice will deliver the keynote address The Role for Faith-Based Social Justice Advocacy. In this time of turmoil and unrest, the need for strong institutions has never been greater even as those very institutions are facing unprecedented challenges. What are the particular responsibilities and challenges for Faith-Based organizations working for justice? What is the prophetic imperative calling us to do and how can we most effectively and efficiently prepare to Meet the Moment?
Engage with our task forces (Criminal Justice Reform, Environmental Justice, Immigration Justice and Reproductive Justice) in deeper conversation exploring possibilities for living more fully into our mission and vision and cultivating the values-based relationships that support and sustain this work at its core. Together we can cultivate and strengthen the connections between our personal, congregational, and coalition networks.
