Out NCW is excited to host the 2nd annual Equity in Leadership Summit May 24th, 2025. Join us for a deep dive into what cultivating leadership looks like from marginalized perspectives. We’ll hear from local community leaders and special guests who will help us understand what it truly means to lead, and be led, by inclusive leadership. Once we’ve concluded the summit, we’ll celebrate our work with dinner, dancing, and performances by local artists!Included in the tickets is dinner by Ring A Bell's Catering!
