Open to the public, a candidate forum is planned for the Wilmington municipal races at WHQR Gallery on Oct. 8, 6 p.m. Hosted by WECT, Port City Daily and WHQR, the forum will be moderated by Jon Evans and with questions directed to candidates from reporters of the three media stations.

The event will be livestreamed on the social media pages of all three news sources.
