Join us for the 2025 Economic Outlook Luncheon! We’re excited to once again welcome John Deskins back to Berkeley Springs for one of our most anticipated annual events: the Economic Outlook Luncheon, happening Tuesday, December 9 at noon at beautiful Cacapon Resort State Park.
Deskins serves as Assistant Dean for Outreach and Engagement, Director of the Bureau of Business & Economic Research, and Associate Professor of Economics at West Virginia University’s John Chambers College of Business and Economics. He leads the Bureau’s efforts to provide rigorous, nonpartisan economic analysis and forecasting for business leaders and policymakers across the state.
If you’ve joined us before, you know this isn’t your typical “lunch and lecture.” John makes the numbers come alive, helping us understand what’s really happening in West Virginia’s economy and what trends are likely to shape our local businesses in 2026 and beyond.
A complimentary lunch will be provided (and it’s always delicious, thanks to our hosts at Cacapon Resort State Park).
This event is made possible by the generous support of CNB Bank, the Morgan County Economic Development Authority, Cacapon Resort State Park, and the Berkeley Springs–Morgan County Chamber of Commerce.
Please RSVP on our website, seating is limited, and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to get ahead of the curve for 2026!
