for the Eagle Class of 2025

You are cordially invited to attend this year’s celebration of those Eagle Scouts who have climbed the trail and reached its highest summit.
Please join in the celebration in the Blackwell Auditorium at Randolph Macon College.
Each year the Eagle Class is named after someone who, through their encouragement and example, has fostered an environment to enable Scouts to attain Scouting’s highest honor. Our 2025 Eagle Class Honoree is lifelong Scouter, Chuck Sullivan.
All Scouts who have earned Eagle in 2025 are invited to attend, with their parents and Scoutmaster, free of charge.
Each Eagle Scout in attendance will receive an embroidered Heart of Virginia Council Eagle Scout sling bag, to commemorate their achievement.
Life Scouts are invited to participate in the Life to Eagle Honor Guard. The Honor Guard will take on many roles in the commencement program and receive a special patch, to reward their service. Life Scouts participating in the Honor Guard also attend free.

Life Sponsor: $250 (Quarter page ad included in our Commencement program.)
Eagle Sponsor: $500 (Half page ad included in our Commencement program.)
Bronze Palm: $1,000 (Full page ad included in our Commencement program.)
Gold Palm: $2,500 (Full page ad included in our Commencement program.)
Eagle Scout Photo: $75 (Special messages and one photo in our Commencement program.)
Individual / Eagle Scout Congratulatory Messages: $50 (Special messages in our Commencement program – no photo.)
Individual Admission: $25 (Eagle Scouts, two parents, and the Scoutmaster are free)

College Tours for Attendees: Randolph-Macon College will be offering hour-long campus tours. These tours will begin prior to the Eagle Scout Commencement. Registration link for that will be coming soon.
