The DDS In-Person Symposium provides exposure to healthcare & will be filled with excitement, fun, scholarships, & stimulating activities!About this Event
A one-day event has been developed for students ages 14-18 who wish to pursue a career healthcare or have no clue of what they want to become! The primary purpose of this symposium is to provide exposure to different healthcare careers.
Age-appropriate activities will be done and interested students are invited to participate. Students selected for the symposium will represent historically marginalized groups who are underrepresented in healthcare or live in rural or under-resourced communities. Scholarships will be given away in honor of the late Dr. Wisdom Coleman. Other cool prizes and awards will be given away!
