Hotel Reservations ~ The primary hotel is the Baymont by Wyndham Mandan Bismarck Area, located at 2611 Old Red Trail Northwest, Mandan, North Dakota 58554. Room rates are $99.00 per night under the reservation block name "Dakota Moose Annual Meeting" and YES, we know it is the Mid-Year Conference, but that is the name the hotel assigned for the block! 🙂 Conference hotel booking dates are Wednesday, March 12 - Sunday, March 16, 2025.
