2025 Culpeper 4th of July Festival Sponsorship

The Town of Culpeper’s 4th of July event is Culpeper at its very best! Citizens’ young and old, new and native, join together to celebrate America’s birthday on a grand scale. It will be here before you know it. The Culpeper 4th of July Festival Committee is very grateful to those who have supported the event in past years. Because of that support, this event has been a huge success over the last 20+ years.

Plans are in full force for this year’s festivities. Our old-fashioned Independence Day will include the Freedom 5K in partnership with the Culpeper Baptist Church and Pamper Me Pink, the Freedom Car and Bike Show in partnership with Christ-Centered Addiction Restoration Services (CARS), the Patriotic Presentation at the Culpeper Courthouse Lawn, along with a food truck rodeo, vendors, games, entertainment and music at Heritage Park and the spectacular fireworks display at Rockwater Park.

This great event could not happen without help from YOU. It is the goal of the Culpeper 4th of July Festival Committee to bring this celebration to all the people of Culpeper and to make the day affordable for families. We do not wish to charge admission or parking fees, as is the case with similar events in surrounding counties. However, we need your financial support to make this goal a reality.

The information below outlines each sponsorship package level and the recognitions/benefits of each. Sponsorship forms and payment must be submitted by June 1st to be included on official July 4th t-shirt (where applicable).

In the event activities are cancelled due to inclement weather, or other unforeseeable emergency, general sponsorships will be carried forward to next years event. Event specific sponsorships will not be carried forward. Net proceeds for event specific sponsorships will be donated to the partner organization for the event.
