2025 CroptoberFest Weekend Crop
LOCATION: Best Western Hotel & Suites, Portsmouth, NH. 580 US Highway 1 Bypass
DATES: November 6–9 beginning at 10am Thursday & ending at 4pm SundayDETAILS: Come and go as you please over the 4-day weekend. Stay at the hotel, go home for the evening, or scrapbook ALL night long. No matter where you sleep, you will have 24/7 access to a reserved table located in a three-conference room wide space, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of electrical outlets and of course, snacks, water, gifts and lots of door prizes! The hotel is located near several large shopping malls and tons of restaurants. Get ready for a full weekend of crafting, shopping, games, sharing ideas, getting inspiration, hanging out with old friends and making new scrappy buddies.
There is a limit of 60 weekender registrations to allow ample cropping space. If weekender spots do not sell out, 1 or 2-Day Registrations might be offered closer to the event.
REGISTRATION PACKAGES:
o 4-Day Weekender (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun): $200 Registration includes EXCLUSIVE GIFT BOX, Full Weekend Cropper Gifts and Special Door Prize Tickets, and your very own table for the entire weekend.
o 3-Day Weekender (Fri, Sat, Sun): $175 Registration includes EXCLUSIVE GIFT BOX and Door Prize Tickets, and your very own table for the entire weekend.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS are not included & are not mandatory to attend.
The Round-About Diner is connected to the hotel for eat-in or take-out options. Coffee and water will be available at the event. All hotel rooms include refrigerators and microwaves.
