About this Event
The [Body, Mind, & Soul ] 2025 Community Wellness Series, hosted by Northeastern University, brings together community leaders, Boston residents, and the university community for three events and workshops around holistic health and wellness. Join us to center your body, mind, and soul for 2025.
Events in this series will all be free and open to the public with registration. Residents of Fenway, Mission Hill, South End, Roxbury, and other neighbors are invited to Northeastern for this sponsored event series hosted between February-March 2025.
February 06th: I. SOUL Mapping, Vision Board making at the Crossing.
This opening session of the 2025 Wellness Series will be a time to allow attendees to craft and assess their personal alignment. Allowing attendees to set intentions, reinforce community and rally motivation for attendees to set annual goals for 2025.
February 20th: II. MIND Rejuvenation, (an) Aromatherapy Session w. Rayna & Movement and Breathing w. Therlande at the Crossing.The Second session of the Wellness Series will be a time for attendees to rejuvenate their mind. Beginning with a 45 min segment of making a personal relaxation oil and ending with a guided forum of Movement and Breathing.
March 06th, III [BODY] Restoration Cooking Class with Chef Erinn. Participants will have the opportunity to watch a 90 min cooking demonstration by Chef Erinn. The demonstration will be a quick meal that highlights fresh vegetables and fruit.
