Join us Friday, April 4th to Paint the Town Blue in our Annual Car Parade!Arrive at the Oregon State Fairgrounds Pavillion Parking Area (entrance on Sunnyview Rd) at 7:30 am to decorate. Parade leaves by 8:15 am and ends at the Salem Police Department!
We have car paint and pinwheels.
Parade participants are encouraged to park their cars near SPD and join us for the Child Abuse Prevention Community Gathering at 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM inside the Salem Police Department Community Room. Leaders from community partners such as CASA of Marion County, Liberty House, Marion County, and more will give brief remarks about their respective roles in preventing child abuse. The Community Gathering has a maximum capacity of 70 people; space is limited to first come, first serve.
