2025 Carolwood Society UnMeeting

The 2025 Carolwood Society UnMeeting will be held at the Renaissance Orlando Resort from Friday, September 26th through Sunday, September 28th and will feature a 2-day presentation agenda, exhibitors, and special receptions.

Our presentation program will include..

• A celebration of the 100-year construction milestone of the twin steam engines of the Walt Disney World Railroad
• Examining both the legacy and the future of themed entertainment design
• A screening of Bob Gurr's new documentary, "Living By Design"
• And much more!

The exhibit hall will feature merchandise for purchase, items to trade, special exhibits, and opportunities to meet and mingle with attendees and special guests.

The 2025 UnMeeting will most certainly be an inspiring event that will be full of great moments to forge lasting memories. We look forward to you joining us!

Attendees at this event will have access to a limited number of guest rooms available at a group rate (details listed below). This rate is available for those interested in arriving as early as Tuesday, September 23, 2025 or staying as late as Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. The last day to book rooms at this rate will be Friday, September 5, 2025.

• Resort Fee $15
• Self Parking Fee $15 (applies to both hotel guest and day guests)

Lunch Options

For those interested maximizing their time interacting with UnMeeting special guests, exhibits, and attendees, we are offering an attendee ticket that includes lunch on both Saturday, 9/27 and Sunday, 9/28. Each lunch will include a choice of one of three sandwich selections (2 meat and 1 vegan/allergy) bottled water, fruit, a bag of chips, and a cookie. This is a pre-purchase option only.
