2025 CanAm Bike Ride

Important! Border Crossing Requirements

This is an 18+ event. All riders crossing the Peace Bridge into Canada must bring valid identification. If you are a U.S. citizen over 18, you will need one of the following:

• A valid U.S. Passport
• A U.S. Passport Card
• An Enhanced Driver’s License or Identification Card

These documents are required to enter Canada and return to the U.S. Please double-check before ride day!

Lunch Provided

All registered riders will receive lunch after the ride upon return to Freedom Park (Buffalo, NY).

Join us for a memorable biking event hosted by East Side Bike Club, Niagara River Greenway, and the Rotary Clubs of Western New York and Fort Erie!

The 2025 CanAm Ride celebrates community connections across the border, the lasting friendship between the U.S. and Canada, and the brave souls who sought freedom via the Underground Railroad

Enjoy scenic routes through both the U.S. and Canada, with a meaningful stop at Freedom Park in Fort Erie, and finish with a delicious lunch afterward.

Why We Ride

This event also supports an important cause: fundraising for, community bike programs, and fishing opportunities. Your support helps underserved youth learn outdoor skills like safe bicycling and fishing, while connecting them to healthy, active recreation.

When registering, please consider making a donation to help us continue this work. Suggested donation levels include:

• $25 – Provides 2 kids with bike helmets with LED safety lights
• $50 – Provides helmets + fishing kits + 2025 CanAm Ride Shirt
• $100 – Supports multiple programs + 2025 CanAm Ride Shirt

Special Event Shirts

We’re producing a special edition CanAm cycling shirt as a keepsake of the ride.

• $50 and $100 donors will receive a shirt (please select your size when registering).
• Limited shirts available- the first 100 people to request a shirt will get one! Must register by Friday, September 26th to receive a shirt.
• A limited number will also be available for purchase during lunch at the event.
