The updated basketball schedules will be finalized as we get closer to the event but the plan is for the school age teams to play on Saturday, November 8 at the Mason High School Field House. The following info is REQUIRED for each player:
- Player Name (4 players max)
- Player or Parent Email
- Player or Parent Phone Number
- Player Shirt Size
- Player Birthdate
Payment: Upon completion of the registration, there will be instructions to make payment - Payments can be made via Paypal, VENMO or you can mail your payment.
Liability Waiver: Each player must have a parent/guardian complete the liability waiver form. Liability waiver forms will be emailed to each player from MAYA.
Refund policy: Refunds will be issued if requested via email prior to the registration deadline and will be reduced by a $10 administrative fee. Refunds will also be reduced $12 per t-shirt (if ordered). No refunds will be issued after the registration closes.
Registration closes October 24.
Cost of registration is $145 per team.
