Our annual gatherings are inspiring and help elevate your business to the next level. This year, our event will be held at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa, Las Vegas, NV. Monday, September 22, 2025 - Registration and Evening Welcome Reception
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 - Conference Events
Wednesday, September 23, 2025 - Conference Events and Evening Awards Dinner & Ceremony (theme is The Great Gatsby Roaring 20's).
Thursday, September 24, 2025 - Departures at any time, no events scheduled unless you are participating in break down
Event Notes:
- RSS will cover registration fees and 1 hotel room for two guests per location.
- Additional guests beyond what RSS covers will be charged $500 each.
- NO ONE UNDER 18 WILL BE ALLOWED DURING ANY CONFERENCE EVENT. Nor will they be issued a badge
- All attendees will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement/Liability Waiver before being issued a conference badge.
- Dress Code for events and meetings will be business casual.
- Continental breakfast and a box lunch will be provided for both Tuesday and Wednesday.
- We will end with a dinner on Wednesday night for the Awards Ceremony.
Registration Notes:
- The Location Primary contact (owner or location manager) will register as a Dealer.
- Additional Dealer or Guest Tickets can be added.
- All badges will reflect "Dealer" on them.
- Hit the "Get tickets" button to start your registration.
- Add ONE "Dealer Ticket" for the owner/manager of the location.
- Add your "Guest Tickets" next.
- Click "Reserve a spot" to proceed.
- Fill in your Contact information. Then click "Register".
- Next, select your state from the dropdown, then select your location from the next dropdown. If your location is not listed, select "Location not listed"
- For your Guest Tickets, use the drop-down to copy the information from your Dealer Ticket. You can select "Dealer" or "Guest". Again, all badges will reflect "Dealer" on them. Ensure you put the age of your guest. No Children or Minors (under 18) will be issued a badge to the conference.
- Late cancellation penalty of $500 per person if RSS is not notified before August 31, 2025.
You will get an email confirmation for your registration. If you neglected to fill it out completely, you will receive an email reminder to come back and finish. You can also use that link to edit your registration at any time. Check-in will be the same as our previous conferences using the iPad stations. You will find your registrations by name or email.
