Join the City of Lewes African American Heritage Commission for a powerful and informative event. You will hear directly from some of the children who first integrated the Lewes Public Schools in 1961 and 1962.

The event is free to attend and while RSVP through Eventbrite is encouraged, it is not required. Attendees will also enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by J&B Grilling.
