Let's gather as a community to share delicious food, laughter, and gratitude. Bring your favorite dish to share with others and enjoy a day filled with warmth and camaraderie. Whether you're a local or a visitor, everyone is welcome to partake in this heartwarming event. Let's come together to celebrate the spirit of Thanksgiving surrounded by the stunning views of Big White Mountain. Doors open at 3:30 for table decorating and bringing side dishes. Please ensure you are at the venue by 4:30 at the latest. We will start eating at 5:00pm. Clean up will begin at 7:00pm.
**** IMPORTANT INFO****
Please bring 1 potluck side dish or desert per group of 4. Groups of 5 - 8, bring 2 dishes, groups of 8 - 12 bring 3.
Ham, Turkey, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, Buns, Cranberry Sauce and Pumpkin Pie will be provided.
Please ensure 1 person from your group volunteers to help clean up.
You are invited (and encouraged) to bring decorations for your table.
Bring your own refreshments and glassware!!! Water will be available. Everything else is up to you. The BullWheel is not open for sales.
Please ensure you bring serving utensils with your potluck side dish. If your dish is to be served hot, please bring your crockpot with an extension cord (labeled with your name).
