The Fibe TV1 team will have an information session followed by a Q&A and speed pitching meetings where local creators can pitch their idea to a TV1 producer. In attendance will be Bell Five TV1 Producers, John Buffone, Paul Gardner, and Donna Cagnoli.Date: Thursday, May 8, 2025

Bell Fibe TV1 wants to create and curate original video content that reflects your community. TV1 is actively seeking short-form series proposals from both emerging and established creators in the North Bay area. These projects should have a quick hook with North Bay being an integral and specific element of the story.
Prioritizing hyper-local narratives with global appeal, Fibe TV1 welcomes projects across a spectrum of genres such as:
• docu-series
• food and lifestyle
• sports and outdoor
• scripted comedy and drama
• animation
• and other genres
*Note: at this time, filmmakers must be North Bay residents or plan on partnering with a local filmmaker, on-screen personality, or nonprofit organization. If you don't meet these criteria, you're still very welcome to join the event, pitch your project, and talk with the Bell Producers about opportunities.
