Info: Discover your purpose and roadmap. Why do you do what you do? What is it all for? Do you have the actual roadmap to help you get to retirement, the new house, paying off the medical bills, buying that investment property? What does the next 5/10/20 years look like for you?
Focusing in on your target audience by embracing your genuine identity
Info: Before we hit the ground running, you need a to have a foundation of who you would like to work with. Do you know who your your ideal client is and why? You need to have a plan and a vision of your preferred client before you spend too much time and money.
Prioritizing Purposeful Business Relationships
Info: Plan 1-2 coffee or lunch meetings each week with current or potential business partners to foster stronger connections AND clients. Meet up with previous clients to reconnect and check-in. Networking and supporting local.
VIP Client Event Planning
Info: Nothing ignites your business like event planning! Strategize and execute events for the upcoming quarters. Hosting client events are the best way to stay in flow with your database and clients. Continuing on that relationship that you have already created. Client events encourage referrals and repeat business. Client events are also ways to gently contact your clients, versus spamming them with Real Estate on a weekly basis. Face to Face always wins.
Daily Facebook Content Plan
Info: Get captivating ideas for your social media posts every day, complete with eye-catching visuals and compelling text suggestions! With our private Facebook group, I will give you 1-3 posts a days for you to copy & paste or inspire you to create your own. There will be 2 emails I generate for you to send out weekly. Weekly motivation and all in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Daily & Weekly Plans
Info: Plans, you need a plan in your business. Brain dumping and CEO time will be the secret ingredient to winning your days and weeks. Planning out your social media and your business once a week frees you up to have those appointments and face-to-face conversations. Conversation leads to Conversion.
