About this Event
As an attendee, you will participate in a multi-disciplinary technical training and educational symposium aimed at providing line and QC supervisors with advanced insight into fuel handling. There will also be discussion of the standards from SAE, ASTM, IATA and EI, as they influence fuel operations and quality.
Discussions will include the latest in technical automation and how it can be incorporated into local fuel quality plans, as well as how each step in the fuel handling 'chain' operates and what they contribute to the fuels community with updates to organizational publications. Participants from both the government and commercial sector will participate in these discussions.
Our goal is for attendees to gain a deeper understanding of the supply chain from refinery to wingtip and how technology advancements contribute to overall fuel quality. and to meet the people who write this standards. You will gain knowledge from and make connections with industry experts on all aspects of aviation fuel handling.
More people need to know about organizations like SAE, ASTM, IATA and EI. This is a multi-disciplinary educational operation, not just a meeting or conference.

February 18: Breakfast at 7:30am. Meetings run from 8:30am-5:00pm. Breakfast, morning break, lunch, afternoon break, and post-meetings reception and dinner are included.
February 19: Breakfast at 7:30am. Meetings run from 8:30am-5:00pm. Breakfast, morning break, lunch, and afternoon break are included. There is nothing scheduled for this evening so that attendees are free to meet with their clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
February 20: Breakfast at 7:30am. Meetings run from 8:30am-12:00pm. Breakfast and morning break are included.

The symposium will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel at 4440 West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75063, United States. Please note that this is a smoke-free hotel, and smoking will not be permitted in any guest room.
All guests are responsible for handling their own accommodations. The Sheraton has offered us a group rate of $179.00/night for a single or double occupancy room. This rate is available through January 27, 2025.

Do You Need a Letter of Invitation?
If you are traveling to the Symposium from abroad and need to be invited to the United States in order to acquire a travel visa, please let us know as soon as possible so we can send you a letter of invitation. Email [email protected] with your request. Please keep in mind that it may take several weeks to get approval.
Refunds
Full refunds can be requested through Eventbrite or by contacting the event coordinator up to 30 days before the event. International attendees who requested a Letter of Invitation but were denied a travel visa are eligible for a full refund up to the day of the event.
