About this Event
This in-person convention features twelve speakers organized into four sessions (Mining, Community & Education, Shaping the Environment, Architecture) and numerous display posters on various aspects of Arizona history held at the Tempe History Museum on SATURDAY, APRIL 5.
In addition, there will be a special FRIDAY EVENING (APRIL 4) reception at the Arizona Heritage Center (near Papago Park) featuring Dr. Tyina Steptoe discussing her newest project on Rhythm and Blues and Western Migration. On Saturday evening, after the convention, there will be social gathering at Fate Brewing Company in Tempe.

The Arizona History Convention is a non-profit educational event supported by Core Construction, Vishnu Temple Press, the ASU School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies, the Arizona Historical Society, and the Tempe History Museum.
