Conference Theme: Conflict and Cooperation
Featuring Keynote Speaker Dr. Stephen Knott
Across time and place, history has shown that conflict has been a catalyst for cooperation. Unlikely alliances have been forged within wars, solidarity amongst divergent groups has supported revolutions, political disputes have been resolved through consensus-building, and processes of negotiation and peacebuilding have become enduring legacies of global conflicts. Join us as we explore various interpretations of conflict and cooperation across a wide range of historical periods and perspectives.
This half-day conference will include a light breakfast, lunch, and a wealth of ideas and strategies to take back to your classroom!
