🤝New this year - we are adding a service component to the retreat - we are asking all attendees to bring a donation for YWCA/Access York (either a monetary donation or an in-kind donation from their wish list).

- Comfortable clothing & layers
- Yoga mat, strap, and optionally a block
- Snacks & refillable cup
- Your favorite pens for activities
- Lunch (or grab a bite nearby)
💰 Retreat Details:
- Limited to 10 participants
- Cost: $75 by January 10th, $85 after
- Date: January 18th, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Includes: Continental breakfast, 2025 planner, and a Goodie bag worth $100+!
